Hardcover; no dustjacket. SD, NAP. This copy is in rather poor condition; in need of some repair. An Ex-Library copy, with all the typical markings. Wear to the boards and spine tail, and some loss at the spine head. Some wrinkling to the cloth. There is an old hinge repair at the front, and the rear hinge is completely open. The rear fly and any rear blanks are missing. The Appendix and Index are detached, but present. Else appears complete. The folding mp at the front is split about halfway along the fold. The page edges are age-darkened, and the endpapers are soiled, and there is a sticker scar on the front flyleaf. Else the pages are somewhat age-darkened, but fairly clean other than the library markings. This is a fairly heavy book; Priority and/or International may require shipping over and above standard costs. ; 29A; 8-1/2" x 5-1/2"; 296 pages.
