New and revised edition, with the author's latest corrections and additions. Slight spotting to prelims only, otherwise internally very good indeed. All page edges and endpapers marbled. Firmly bound in full brown calf, gilt filleting to edges and borders of boards, five raised bands to spine, gilt decorations in compartments. Some wear to head and tail of spine, with small splits between spine and upper board at head and tail. Prize presentation plate of St. Margaret's School Bushey, dated 1901, to front pastedown.
