Fair condition hard cover book in 1/4 leather with brown pebbled clothCovers are worn on edge, fore edges worn through, worn through at corners. Black leather spine with gilt lettering, spine ends worn, chip missing from top of spine, generally worn with lettering on spine readable but a bit obscured. Internally, front hinge starting, front paste down covered with a hand written "Property of" with interesting personal history of the original owner. Text block edges have some spotting, pages are clean and without damage, some very light toning. An intersting directory of Grand Rapids from before the rise of furniture manufacturing. All of our books are individually inspected and described. Never X-library unless specifically described as such.
