About this Item

Hardcover in full blue cloth with red and gold stamped titling/decorations, 1860 is the only date mentioned on the copyright page, but the edition is not clear. The book has a slight lean to the binding, light bumps to the spine ends and cover corners, mild sunning to the spine and head, some soiling to the edges of the text block that do not affect the page faces, rubbing to the back cover with some wear to the rear hinge, an antiquarian bookseller's sticker to the tail of the front fly leaf, and a couple faint spots to the first free end pages. Otherwise, this is a solid Near Very Good copy.
