Fold-out color map at end. Binding tight. Hinges NOT cracked. Corners and spine ends bumped. Covers lightly rubbed. Spine lightly sunned; lettering a little rubbed. Covers have some small stains. Scratch on front cover. NO highlighting or other markings. Pictorial imprinted bookplate of noted Cleveland industrialist Samuel Mather on front endpaper. Some pages have light brown stains in the margins. 470 pages. No dust jacket. 'Third edition, revised and continued to the end of the XIXth century, by Arthur Hassall.' Carefully packed, shipped in a box.
