There's a lot in this slim publication, and teh text seems pretty academic in spite of appearances. The paper cover is a bit tatter at top, as are the top page ends, and the rear wrapper is detached. Provenance: Library of Congress, with their surplus/duplicate stamp fading away on the front cover. Only 3 copies are located in the WorldCat/OCLC catalog.
