A good to fair hardback edition. Some light page spotting (mainly at the beginning of the book), some light spine rub, the remnants of a bookplate and a a small tear on the title page. In very good minus beige bevel edges cloth boards with repeat of 'shell' motif and with red title field with gilt titles. The covers are very tight, straight and quite clean; spine ends bumped. Quite clean end papers with repeat of Shell logo in beige and cream colours. Remains of worn and frayed red ribbon marker inside front end papers. Gilt top cut edge; the fore and tail edges are fairly clean. The text block is tightly bound, square and mostly unmarked, apart from light foxing on a few pages - very good plus condition.
