Hitting Zero: A Cheer Diaries Story (Paperback or Softback)

Cheer Diaries Book 4 – Hitting Zero - By Avaa

Avaa loves being a flyer.
She also loves knowing exactly what everyone is supposed to be doing.

So when Coach London reveals Mission: Zero, a team challenge leading up to Infinity Cheer Academy’s Blast Off Showcase, Avaa is determined that the Comets will complete every square.

There’s just one problem.

The closer showcase gets, the louder Avaa’s bossy brain becomes.

Every wobble feels important. Every missed count needs fixing. And when things don’t go exactly to plan, Avaa starts to feel like it’s her job to make sure the whole routine stays on track.

But cheerleading doesn’t work that way.

Between stunt struggles, cheer pins, showcase nerves, a very competitive bingo board, and the threat of some truly disgusting jelly beans, Avaa begins to discover that being part of a team doesn’t mean controlling everything. Sometimes the bravest thing a flyer can do is trust the people around her and let everyone do their part.

Funny, energetic, and packed with real cheerleading moments, Hitting Zero is the fourth book in the Cheer Diaries series.

Perfect for readers aged 7–11, this diary-style story is filled with humour, friendship, teamwork, and all the excitement of preparing to perform with your team.
