The rear cover is in very good condition with some chipping. The book itself is in good condition. The front board has a 4mm gash at the center and a small stain to the top otherwise good. The spine has a 1" split to the bottom and minor creasing otherwise good. The rear board is in good condition. The contents of the book are in very good condition with some production errors. The endpapers are offset. The pages are a bit uneven. Book remains sound and otherwise very good throughout. The contents of the book are clean and bright.
