Poetry Inspiration at the gym! ! "To be happy and fit, we work on it." Using the metaphors of butterflies and the buzz surrounding them, nature, flowers, the sun, moon and stars and their celestial beauty that influence us while we exercise, to gain energy, find balance, develop muscles, allowing better health, a positive mindset, boost of energy and vitality, providing encouragement and motivation in the gym atmosphere, where a common spirit lifts and elevates us, and animates our breathing, stimulates our hearts and passion, stirs our minds in a positive direction, and brings core strength developing our bodies physical. Hola Fitness welcomes us in to a training that causes smiles of gratitude. The poet observes and is inspired by the muses and gym members who exercise, create new images, and receive useful guidance, knowledge and direction that educate and help us, opens our hearts to how we see ourselves in taking care of who we are.
