About the Author

Frank Bailey lives in New Orleans, Louisiana with his wife Parris. Together they founded Victory Fellowship in 1979 and have served as its Pastors since that time. Today Victory Fellowship is an emerging fellowship of churches in the New Orleans metro area. This ministry has been heavily involved in the rebuilding efforts in New Orleans since the devastation of Katrina in 2005. Pastor Bailey has traveled extensively overseas and has been involved in conferences, crusades and revival meetings in Asia, Africa, Europe, North and South America. His ministry is characterized by teaching, preaching and a strong influence of the gifts and manifestations of the Holy Spirit.
