No table of contents in the book, but there is an index. Pluis, diagrams, tables of reference, and of course dozens of maps. To send any postage anywhere in Canada, there is also a complete list of post offices for the entire country as of 1887. In addition to maps of every province, there are also illustrated maps of the solar system, phases of the moon, and star maps. This book dated 1889 ; copyrighted 1887. Body of the text is very nearly Fine. Binding is very tight Rear patterened free endpaper shows creases and some repairs using acid-free tape. Front patterend free endpaper is VG. Old Naturalist's Library ownership plate. No Library markings. Bound in dark brown leather. Front boards with 'geographic' images and bold gilt titles. Rear board shows some wear. Spine heavily and uniformly faded. Minor wear to lower corner tips and to the extremities of the spine. Seriouis enquiries please request images, and/or postage to oe's location.
