Katherine Sorrell has written for many publications, including "Homes & Gardens", "Coast", the "Telegraph Magazine", and "Elle Decoration". Her previous books include "Home Design Planner", "Old & New", and "Creating Cottage Style" (all Ryland Peters & Small). She lives in Cornwall.
Sally Conran began her career as an interior designer before becoming a freelance interiors stylist. Her work has been featured in numerous magazines including "Elle Decoration", "Homes & Gardens", "You" (the Mail on Sunday), and "Red". She lives in northwest London.
