Stapled softcover. Off-white illustrated covers with black lettering. Dated July 13, 1912. 66 pages. In fair condition. Stapled text block has come detached from covers, but remain tucked inside, and held in a plastic sleeve now to prevent further damage. Covers are soiled and chipped along edges. Though it seems pamphlet was once folded in half, causing a crease mark to pages, they remain clean and in good reading condition. Containing special articles on "Disturbances in Ulster", Unionism in Ireland, and the Home Rule Bill in Committee (published two years before the 1914 Third Irish Home Rule Bill).

Priority mailing is for a Flat-Rate envelope, with tracking included. If the book does not fit into a flat rate envelope, we will likely need to request extra shipping costs from you, in order to put it in a box. We only charge the actual amount of shipping, so we hope you'll understand that it's just a matter of getting the book to you without taking a loss on it -- shipping is a service we happily offer without a 'handling' charge.... but we can't afford to charge you less than the cost of the stamps!…

Regular shipping by USPS Media Mail is $4. MEDIA MAIL SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE TRACKING.
If you'd like tracking, please let us know before you place the order - We're happy to do it but it costs $1 extra because it means we have to print a shipping label for it individually, slowing down the shipping process considerably -- and we want to be able to keep basic shipping costs as low as we can.
