Contents generally clean but for crayon scribbling to pictures inside front cover, minor soiling. Charming colour and 2-tone illustrations throughout including 8 full page colour illustrations, and one large illusration that spans the two middle pages - so lovey. Sam and Susie the squirrels enlist the help of their woodland friends to build a new house.
