Home Is Where the Cupcake Is

Homesickness and a confusing new crush complicate Mia’s camp experience in this second book in a middle grade Cupcake Diaries spin-off series!

Just as Mia begins to find her place at sleepaway camp, she can’t help but feel like a big part of her is missing. She wishes Aaron and her friends and family back home could be a part of her new experiences at Camp Evergreen.

Mia’s feelings of homesickness get more complicated when she develops a new crush on a boy who isn’t Aaron. Can she like two boys at once? Mia can’t seem to shake the unsettling feeling that she’s leaving everyone back home behind.

From cupcakes to ice cream and donuts! When she’s not daydreaming about yummy snacks, Coco Simon edits children’s books and has written close to one hundred books for children, tweens, and young adults, which is a lot less than the number of cupcakes, ice cream cones, and donuts she’s eaten. She is the author of the Cupcake Diaries, Cupcake Diaries: The New Batch, the Sprinkle Sundays, and the Donut Dreams series. Her newest series is Mia in the Middle.
