Paperback brochure contains photos and floor plans for forty-seven homes on 47 pages, black and white. Davenport Iowa firm prepared these plans in 1928, and offered blueprints for sale. The cover is sunned around the edges, lower corner is bent through the whole book, spine is about 1/2 torn, much of the middle of book has come loose from the staple binding, some edge wear on some pages. All orders packed with care, dust jackets protected by Brodart sleeve, independent bookseller since 2011. Seller Inventory # 12173
