About the Author
Jerry W. David, D. Min., and his wife Susan founded and pastored Lincoln City Church in Lincoln, Nebraska in 1989 and successfully transitioned the church to the next generation in 2014. As a partner in Seira Group, LLC, his strong emphasis on both Emotional Intelligence and Honor Principles contribute to successfully helping many other leaders plan for succession and transition.
Steve Stells, D. Min., and his wife Sharon founded and pastored The House of Prayer Church in Chesterfield, Virginia for 38 years. Steve's doctoral research centered on the emotional wellness of church plant pastors. Steve now partners with Jerry and Mike in Seirra Group, LLC, assisting church leaders and their congregations in transition and succession planning.
Mike Servello, is the founding pastor of Redeemer Church, a church planted in 1981 and now a large and growing church with four campuses in the upper New York area. Along with Jerry and Steve, Mike brings a vast wealth of experience and knowledge to the issues facing pastors in succession planning and transition and serves as a partner in Seira Group, LLC.
