Collected and Arranged by Hewitt Hanson Howland. 16.5x10.5x3.5 cm. 598; 646 pp. Finely bound by Donnelley of Chicago in black calf, gilt spine title and decorations, gilt ruled borders,gilt triple ruled turn-ins, floral pattern endpapers, all edges gilt.
