Balance your hormones to solve health challenges like anxiety, depression, and fatigue
Struggling with anxiety, depression, fatigue, brain fog, irregular periods, low libido, or weight changes? These aren't isolated problems―they're often signs of one underlying issue: hormonal imbalance.
Hormone Powered is a groundbreaking resource that empowers women to harness their hormonal health for enhanced vitality and well-being. Unlike books that focus solely on period health or menopause, it empowers women to proactively manage their hormonal health before, during, and after perimenopause―for a smoother transition and better health at every stage.
Licensed naturopathic physician and researcher Dr. Corina Dunlap bridges the gap between conventional medical approaches and natural, evidence-based strategies, offering practical guidance on diet, lifestyle, botanicals, and supplementation. Whether you're open to medication or prefer natural solutions, Dunlap helps you understand all your options so you can make empowered choices.
Inside, you'll learn:
- What hormones are, how they affect every system in your body, and what happens when levels are off
- How to identify your Hormone Type and the imbalances most likely affecting you
- Which lab tests matter and how to interpret your results
- How to advocate for yourself at your next doctor's appointment
Dunlap also guides you in building your personalized Hormone Action Plan―targeting root causes through stress management, nutrition, sleep, movement, and community, not just supplements or medication.
Hormone Powered is essential reading for women ages 20 to 40 and beyond, as well as healthcare professionals and wellness coaches who support women's health.
