In good rebound condition, with minor rubbing and wear to boards and spine. Minor cracking to front and back hinges. Text block remains bound well with minimal wear. Light markings and marginalia. Black-and-white frontispiece illustrations at the start of each edition, with infrequent illustrations elsewhere. General age-related toning to pages, along with periodic foxing and wear. Please see photographs and ask any questions prior to purchasing. A scarce and nicely rebound edition on rural gardening, art, and architecture. Edited by A.J.
