Hot Dog Days Format: Hardback

Celebrate the hot dog days of summer with Scrapper, the playful puppy who’s on an exciting adventure to stay cool in the third book of the chapter book series from the creators of Good Dog!

It’s summer on the Bryson family farm, which means that Hank is home all day to play with Scrapper! But Darla and Mitts want to go adventuring in the forest too, and Bo wants to visit the swimming hole together. Scrapper wants to do it ALL too...but not all at once! Can he find a way to play with all his friends and make it home in time for the special summer cookout?

With easy-to-read language and illustrations on almost every page, Scrapper chapter books are perfect for emerging readers.

Cam Higgins wrote her very first book about a cat who lived in an alleyway when she was eight years old. As a child, she loved visiting a neighboring farm and seeing all the animals. Now Cam has a pup of her own, who is very mischievous, and she still loves writing about animals. Cam lives in New York City with her two children, her husband, and Laila the dog.

As soon as Ariel Landy learned how to draw a sky beyond a blue scribbled line, she knew she wanted to be an illustrator. Raised on coloring books and crayons outside of Boston, she now lives in France with her husband and dog. Visit her online at ArielLandy.com.
