Brown cloth over boards with white titles.Spine is cocked (slanted). Otherwise the book is clean, firmly bound, no bumps, tears or creases, no markings. Things to consider when renting or buying. Architectural terms, what can you spend, know what you are buying. When building - working with an architect, choosing a site, planning for each room, designing the exterior, et al. Heavy book, international shipping will require extra charge.
