The House Within: The Foundation

What if the reason you keep struggling to rebuild your life is not because you are incapable of building—but because you have never stopped to examine what you are building on?

The House Within: The Foundation is an invitation to slow down, look beneath the surface, and examine the beliefs, experiences, values, identities and expectations that have become the foundation of your life.

For the woman who feels lost.

For the woman beginning again.

For the woman who has rebuilt more than once and wonders whether starting over means she has failed.

For the woman who wants to understand herself more honestly while also learning to build her life on something deeper than achievement, approval, control or circumstances.

Drawing from accessible psychological concepts around identity, core beliefs, self-worth, behaviour, resilience and emotional awareness, this book combines thoughtful reflection with a faith-centred invitation to build upon YHWH and follow Joshua (Jesus).

You will be encouraged to examine what you inherited, what you believe, what you have mistaken for a foundation, what needs to be cleared away, and what you want to build differently from here.

Because beginning again is not necessarily failure.

Sometimes rebuilding is how the foundation becomes stronger.

And sometimes getting back to the basics of what is truly important is what finally leads us home.

The House Within is the beginning of a larger journey—one that will continue beyond the foundation and into the rooms, doors, windows and spaces within the house we carry inside us.
