xii, 624pp, with charts, tables etc in text. Laminated stiff card covers. 8vo. Covers are worn, a little rubbed on corners and at ends of a sunned spine. Flat crease over lower leading corner. An ex library copy, with library stamps on the text block edges and cancelled stamp on the copyright page (no other library markings). Text block edges a little grubby. Internally neat and clean. Square and tight.
