Huda F Cares?: (National Book Award Finalist)

NATIONAL BOOK AWARD FINALIST • In this sequel to Huda F Are You?, the Fahmys are off to Disney World, but self-conscious Huda worries her family will stand out too much.

“Touching and laugh-out-loud funny! A relatable ode to sisterhood and what it means to have your family’s back while being true to yourself.”—Claribel A. Ortega, New York Times bestselling author of the Witchlings Series

“An absolute delight.”—Hafsah Faizal, New York Times bestselling author of We Hunt the Flame

Huda and her sisters are back and excited for their summer vacation to Disney World. But the road trip to get there? Not so much. Being crammed in a car for twenty-four hours and getting stares while praying in public isn’t exactly a walk in the park. But Huda’s determined to make the most of it.

Once there, Huda can’t shake off her self-consciousness about being so visibly Muslim. Huda faces a roller coaster of emotions and experiences that test her resolve and make her question her perceptions of the world.

Through ups and downs, twists and wild turns, Huda tries to navigate the world outside her comfort zone and even develops (gasp!) a new appreciation for her sisters and their bond.
