As a Spiritual Seeker and Professional Coach, you know the importance of understanding the unique needs of each individual. Human Design and Health provides a groundbreaking framework for integrating the Human Design system into therapeutic practices. Rooted in Ra Uru Hu’s profound teachings and Dr. Eleanor’s Scientific research, this book explores how Human Design maps our Mental, Emotional, Spiritual, and Physical dimensions. By understanding the specific energy mechanics that drive each person, you can tailor your approach to align with their true nature.

With clear, accessible language and practical applications, this primer offers both foundational knowledge and clinical tools that can be immediately applied to your practice. Learn to identify the key elements of a person’s Design — Type, Centers, Profiles, and Lines — and integrate all dimensions of the Human Design system to enhance their well-being.

Embrace a new way of seeing your clients, one that honors their energetic blueprint and empowers them to live in harmony with their true selves. This essential resource is a must-have for professionals and anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of human behavior and foster lasting healing.

This book is a synthesis of three books by Ra Uru Hu, Eleanor Haspel-Portner PhD., and Marvin Portner, MD, and in the Monographs on Human Design and Health series published by Rave Life Sciences between 2000 and 2002. It combines the content of Module 1: Types, Centers Profiles and Lines, Introductory Primer 1: Types, and Introductory Primer 2: Centers into one comprehensive tool with updated scientific statistics, insights, and annotations by Eleanor Haspel-Portner.
