Human Form and Function: Revision Exercises - Sports.

"Human Form and Function: Revision Exercises - Sports Studies Edition": These revision exercises meet the needs of students who are engaged in the study of GCSE Physical Education (PE), Sports Science or similar courses. *** The GCSE-style questions cover the core material of the subject and contain examples of questions similar to those commonly found in examination papers. *** Answers are given in sentence form with explanations where appropriate. *** Each of the self-contained units covers a different topic and can be used to reinforce the students' knowledge at intervals throughout the course and to final revision. *** The various types of question help in enabling students to understand and to use information, rather than simply to use factual recall. *** The exercises will complement a self-study approach. Students can work independently of the teacher, marking their own work, identifying their own areas of weakness, revising, and then re-testing themselves. *** This book is an invaluable aid to students who have missed part of a course through illness, late starting, lack of time or for other reasons.
