About the Author
THOMAS H. MURRAY is Professor and Director of the Center for Biomedical Ethics at Case Western Reserve University. MARK A. ROTHSTEIN is Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen Distinguished Professor of Law and Director of the Health Law and Policy Institute at the University of Houston. ROBERT F. MURRAY, JR. is Chief of the Division of Medical Genetics in the Department of Pediatrics and Child Health, and Professor of Pediatrics, Medicine, and Genetics at Howard University.

Prices are net. Any local taxes are collected are required. Shipping extra. We ship SWISS POST all over the world. Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee (if received in original condition). Returns are only allowed within 30 days and only under certain conditions:

The seller is not required to accept a return for this reason and may choose to cancel the return request. The return is considered to be accepted unless cancelled by the seller within two business days. Items lost are refunded (30 days is the limit, though delays in shipments can be longer). Damaged items: Full or partial refunds are granted depending on the status of the item received. The buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping. Refunds, or returns, are granted for items ?not as described?. There is a possibility of mutual disagreement, if the dealer disagrees then the buyer is responsible for return shipping. If the item is not as described and both the buyer and the seller agree, then the buyer is refunded the item price, original shipping, plus return shipping equal to the original shipping.
