About the Author
Edward E. Scannell is the Director of the University Conference Bureau at Arizona State University. He was the 1982 National President of ASTD and is currently the Executive Chairman of the International Federation of Training and Development Organizations. As a member of the National Speakers Association, Scannell has given many presentations in the U.S. and abroad. He is the author of numerous books and articles in human resource development, communications, creativity, meeting planning, and management. His seven books include Games Trainers Play and its sequel, More Games Trainers Play.

All books subject to prior sale.
Books may be returned for any reason within 7 days of arrival, but you must contact us before returning any book. Books must be returned in original condition. If a book is returned due to damage done in transit or to a inaccurate description on our part, we will refund the price of the book and postage in both directions upon return receipt of the book. If a book is being returned for any other reason, we will refund the cost of the book only.
You must e-mail or phone us first with an intention to return.

To USA: Priority Mail or Media Mail available.
We ship all orders outside US by Priority Mail or First Class, Priority mail only applies to books less than 4 pounds. Oversize books may require adjustment of the quoted rate.
