Mr Sandeep Sharma is presently working as Librarian in Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan. He is a Post graduate in Library & Information Science (MLISc). This book is pioneering work of his MLISc Project under the guidance of Mr PRAVISH PRAKASH, Assistant Librarian, Tagore Library, Lucknow University, Lucknow.
