Prof A K Ghosh is currently Reader, Department of Commerce, University of Burdwan. He id his doctoral research in industrial relaitons in the University of Burdwan. Prof Ghosh has industry experience for nearly 27 years. He has worked with manufacturing industry and also service industry as Head of Personnel at the Factory/Regional
