About the Author
AMARJIT S. SETHI is Associate Professor, Master of Health Administration Program, Faculty of Administration, University of Ottawa. His previous works include Role of Collective Bargaining in Industrial Relations in India and Meditation as an Intervention in Stress Reactivity. He is also editor and co-author of Collective Bargaining in Canada, and Collective Bargaining in the Public Sector in the United States: A Time of Change (in press), Handbook of Organizational Stress Coping Stategies, and Strategic Management of Technostress in an Information Society.
RANDALL S. SCHULER is Research Professor in the Stern School of Business at New York University. I. Standard business terms
§ 1 Basic provisions
(1) The following terms and conditions of business apply for all contracts concluded with us as the supplier (preigu GmbH & Co. KG) via the websites AbeBooks and/or ZVAB. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of your own terms and conditions is explicitly rejected.
(2) A ‘consumer' in the sense of the following regulations is every natural person who concludes a legal transaction which, to an overwhelming extent, cannot be attributed to either his commercial or independent professional activities. § 5 Choice of law, place of fulfilment, jurisdiction
