Rebecca Dresser is Daniel Noyes Kirby Professor of Law and Professor of Ethics in Medicine at Washington University. david Morton is a Professor in the Department of Biomedical Science and Ethics at The Medical School, University of Birmingham. John Gluck is Professor Emeritus in the Department of Psychology at the University of New Mexico.
