Oh The Humanity (Humanity Transformed)

The twins and their allies are blind to the crumbling of human civilization. Will they endure to face new threats or perish?

“Oh The Humanity” is the long-awaited prequel to the Humanity Transformed series. Set in the troubled days leading up to the global warming catastrophe of 2068 that sealed half of the human population’s fate, this book introduces us to the heroes and villains of those times.

This novella follows the lives of twin sisters Addison and Ainsley Cameron – both prodigies in the fields of cybernetics and bioengineering – as they leave home at the tender age of 16. We follow them and other future allies and foes as the world dances merrily to the brink.

Disasters swirl as a few struggle, in secret, to preserve what they can. Others scramble to save themselves and their personal treasures. Quietly, an even greater threat waits to be revealed. Will classical humans, overwhelmed by recent traumas, learn to surf the singularities and survive the turmoil?

If you enjoyed Kim Stanley Robinson’s “The Ministry for the Future” or Kazuo Ishiguro’s “Klara and the Sun”, then you’ll definitely be mesmerized by Daniel R Scott’s “Oh The Humanity”.

This critically-acclaimed science fiction epic has effectively used the future to illuminate and discuss issues in our present-day society. The prequel covers the globe and a covey of fascinating characters, making it an engaging and alluring read for any thoughtful and imaginative adult.
