Humankind (Paperback or Softback)

Humans have wrecked the Earth, having gone against all cataclysmic predictions and scientific evidence.

The end of the world is swiftly coming due to overpopulation and the overuse of important fossil fuels, and many feel it may be too late to prevent it. An alien race known as the Thrakorians step in to take control of the Earth and its inhabitants, but at a cost.

Rather than leading through terror, the Thrakorians have instilled gratitude and a feeling of purpose in the human species, which has been lacking for aeons. But can their saviours really be as generous as they appear?

Years later, rebel forces are determined to topple their new ruling race, as well as Earth's leader. Humans who are loyal to King Kronus must battle against their own kind, but for what purpose and for whose agenda?

Kyra Millan, a young woman from the slums, has a brilliant mind. She's determined to climb the social ladders and start a new life on her own terms, and she'll go to any length to achieve her goal. But, she also has a peculiar and unusual secret that she treasures so much that it consumes her.

It doesn't take her long to realise that not everything is as it seems, but can you ever go back, and would you really want to? Kyra must make a choice, and with so much at stake, she'll have to prove herself if she wants to survive.
