The book is slightly rough. Moderate to heavy rubbing on the covers with tiny spots (looks like overspray) on the front cover. Spine is darkened with the title label partially damaged, wear at spine ends and corner tips. The first 20 pages have the top edge of the page cut off, about halfway across and about 1/4 to 1/2 inch down, same at the rear of the book. Gutter split and front endpapers and also near the rear endpapers. A little soiling at the endpapers, gift inscription at top of front pastedown. The book is unmarked otherwise, all maps intact.
