Raul R. Cuadrado. M.P.H., Dr.P.H., Ph.D. (Hon), is Dean Emeritus and Professor in the Public Health Program at Nova Southeastern University. He also served as Dean of Community Affairs and later as Dean of Health and Social Services at Florida International University. He held positions with The World Health Organization and with The Rockefeller Foundation while at Yale University.
Dr. Carole Pierre-Antoine graduated in medicine from The Universite d'Etat D'Haiti Faculte Medicine of Port-au-Prince Haiti. She also attended and took advanced courses in medicine at the Columbia University in New York. She is at present completing her degree of Master of Public Health (MPH) at Nova Southeastern University. She has been involved with the Haitian Medical Association in Florida, and serves as Vice-President of The Knights of Haitian Democracy, Inc.
Burn Loeffke is a West Point Graduate. He has a B.S. in Engineering, an M.A. in Russian, and a Ph.D. in Political Science. He has taught Graduate School at Georgetown University. He culminated his military career as the Commanding General of Army South. General Loeffke has been an advisor to the President’s Council on Physical Fitness. After retirement from the army in 1993, he went to medical school to become a PA. He teaches public health, wellness and conflict resolution, and participates in medical missions.
