Many informative articles on subjects of interest, current issues and legislation. "The whole purpose of the IBR is to re-unite found birds with lost keepers. We work very long hours every day (even Christmas Day) trying to achieve this. It is full time and costs money to run. We are.not a charity and we are not funded from an external source.
