Emeritus Professor Will Hughes is a retired professor of Construction Management and Economics at the School of the Built Environment, University of Reading, UK. Dr Ronan Champion BSc LLb PhD FRICS FCIOB MCIArb is a partner of Construction Consulting firm Champion Pearce LLP and part-time lecturer in Construction Contract Law at the School of Construction Management and Engineering at the University of Reading, UK. Sarah Coleman is a chartered project professional, fellow and former non-executive director ofthe Association for Project Management (APM), and a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.
