Sarah Coleman is a chartered project professional, fellow and former non-executive director ofthe Association for Project Management (APM), and a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Dr Yang Chu is a risk manager at Scottish and Southern Energy plc (SSE). Professor Billy Hare is deputy director of The BEAM Research Centre at Glasgow Caledonian University, UK.
