STEPHEN B. SEIDMAN is Dean of the College of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Central Arkansas. Seidman's research interests are in software architectures and formal methods. An IEEE Computer Society Certified Software Development Professional, he plays a leading role in the IEEE Computer Society's effort to increase professionalism in software engineering.
