383p. A blue cloth hardcover book in acceptable condition. Edges worn and cloth spotted with stains. Early owner's signatures on front endpaper, and scattered light spots in text. Many page corners bent. Page 369-370 is detached and heavily worn, but still present. Rest of binding tight. Obviously much-used, but still readable. A vintage cookbook illustrated with color plates.
