] Hardback, small quarto, appx 7 1/4 x 10 1/4 inches, ix + 533 pages, Near Fine in VG+ to Near Fine dj (dj now in protective mylar, printed dark brown and white titling on yellow-orange background). Book itself tight, square and very clean excepting smallish neat name stamped top edge ffep as well as beneath front interior dj flap. DJ generally crisp and very clean but short split top edge front panel, tiny split top edge back panel, hint of spine sunning. Numerous tables, graphs, diagrams, b&w photos. Indexed.
