Single sheet folded accordion style to 16 x 8.5 cm. 7, (1) pp. Reprinting two news articles, one from the Phoenix Enterprise (leading Democratic daily) and the other from Arizona Republican (leading Republican daily) both dated in April, 1904, regarding the political career of Isaac Taft Stoddard, Secretary of the Territory of Arizona. Appointed by McKinley, Stoddard was accused of keeping money that should have gone to the state but both papers extoll the work he had done for the Territory. He resigned April 1, 1904.
