ISEE(R) Upper Level Prep

ISEE® UPPER LEVEL PREP — 50 FULL-LENGTH PRACTICE TESTS. 8,000 QUESTIONS. A CLEAR WAY TO PREPARE.

10 tests in the book + 40 additional tests in the included Study Hub—with answer explanations, 300 vocabulary flashcards, and tools for focused review.

Does your child understand the material but struggle to finish on time?
Do practice scores leave you wondering what to study next?
Are the same mistakes showing up again and again?

Preparing for the ISEE Upper Level takes more than completing another practice test. Students need to understand their mistakes, strengthen weak areas, and learn how to work confidently within each section’s time limit.

ISEE® Upper Level Prep by Orion Masterguide combines extensive practice with a structured review process for students preparing for admission to grades 9–12. Use the book to build a routine, then continue in the Study Hub to revisit questions and put what you have learned into practice.

INSIDE THE BOOK

• 10 full-length practice tests with 1,600 multiple-choice questions. Each includes 40 Verbal Reasoning, 37 Quantitative Reasoning, 36 Reading Comprehension, and 47 Mathematics Achievement questions, plus an essay prompt.

• Every answer explained. Follow the reasoning behind the correct answer and use your mistakes to guide your next study session.

• Section-specific strategies. Practice vocabulary, sentence completions, quantitative comparisons, reading comprehension, and mathematical problem-solving.

• Pacing guidance and error logs. Identify where you lose time, recognize recurring mistakes, and decide what deserves more attention.

• Essay preparation and study planning. Organize your ideas, practice under a time limit, and review your writing with a self-assessment rubric.

PRACTICE. UNDERSTAND. REVISIT.

Take a section. Check your answers. Read the explanations. Record what went wrong. Then revisit those questions and apply what you learned to a fresh test.

This repeatable process gives each study session a purpose—and helps students and parents see what to work on next.

Whether your child needs more experience with the test format, better pacing, or focused practice on weaker areas, ISEE® Upper Level Prep provides the questions, explanations, and organization to support consistent preparation.

Start with one test. Find your next step. Build from there.
