What's an IV? (My Medical Process)

What's an IV? teaches children all about the process of having an IV placed. Colorful illustrations and simple explanations will break the entire process down for young listeners, helping them know what to expect at virtually every turn. A glossary, review questions, and a game make this an excellent educational tool as well as an engaging exploration of the topic.

The My Medical Process series was created to help children better understand the different experiences they may have while visiting the hospital or in other medical settings. The series teaches and prepares children for medical processes with the goal of easing their ansiety, and therefore making them feel more comfortable in an environment that is new to them.
