Dr Ronan Champion BSc LLb PhD FRICS FCIOB MCIArb is a partner of Construction Consulting firm Champion Pearce LLP and part-time lecturer in Construction Contract Law at the School of Construction Management and Engineering at the University of Reading, UK. Sarah Coleman is a chartered project professional, fellow and former non-executive director ofthe Association for Project Management (APM), and a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute. Dr Yang Chu is a risk manager at Scottish and Southern Energy plc (SSE). Professor Billy Hare is deputy director of The BEAM Research Centre at Glasgow Caledonian University, UK. Dr Alexander H Hay PhD CEng PEng FICE RSES is founding principal at Southern Harbour Ltd, and adjunct professor and founding director of the Centre for Resilience of Critical Infrastructure at the University of Toronto, Canada.
