Gilt-stamped green cloth; 8vo; 278pp; top edge stained orange, others untrimmed; illustrated with drawings and b/w photos; cream dust jacket with titles in green; 2nd edition (1920); introduction by Henry van Dyke. An early and important book on constructing and fishing with bamboo rods. Book in very good condition while the uncommon dust jacket shows some soiling and wear and is lightly chipped along edges.
