Corners cut to front wrap, part of paper to spine detached (though binding is sound) small piece of paper covering missing to foot of spine. Prelims and map is foxed, remainder is largely clean with very occasional spotting and the interior is free from previous owners names or inscriptions. A scarce, early guide.
